Camping Rates

RV sites are available for $35.00 to $45.00 per night (plus tax and fees).
All sites are full hookup with 20/30/50 amp electric.

Camping Policies

  • • All visitors must check in. Rates are for 2 adults and unmarried children under age 21. Additional people must pay extra person fee.
  • • Day passes available for a fee, day visitors must leave by 10:30pm.
  • • One camper or tent per site, 8 people max per site, 2 vehicles per site
  • • Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 8:00am anyone under 18 must be in their campsite by 11:00pm
  • • Check-in 2:00pm check out noon. Please notify us by 10:00am if you will be staying longer. All camping is paid in advance, No refunds.
  • • Leave your site and the campground clean, bag all trash and dispose of it properly in the dumpsters.
  • • Do not leave fires unattended. No large fires after 11:00pm. No cutting of wood without permission. Do not attach things to trees.
  • • No firearms, weapons, or fireworks allowed on the property.
  • • No washing of RVs or vehicles in the park. No dumping of grey or black water on the ground.
  • • Do not flush condoms, feminine hygiene products, or non-biodegradable material. Toilet paper for camper tank systems only.
  • • No smoking in common areas (playground, game room, pavilions, buildings, and other game areas)
  • • Parents are responsible for children, and for any property they might damage. Children under 14 must be accompanied by and should not be left unattended while in the campground.
  • • Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed in the common areas. Do not leave pets unattended at any time. No nuisance barking. No Aggressive dogs including but not limited to pit bulls and pit bull breeds.
  • • The speed limit is 10 mph. All vehicles and golf carts (with proof of insurance) are to be driven on roadways only. Operators must be a licensed driver or hold a state issued permit to operate a vehicle. Bikes and golf carts must have headlights turned on at night. No ATVs, UTVs, go-carts, dirt bikes, electric scooters, mopeds, or battery powered ride ons on the property. No parking in empty campsites, a site charge will apply or the vehicle may have to be towed. Please respect our privacy by not driving in the area that surrounds the house, or entry to the owner’s home.
  • • Entrance into the park constitutes permission for management of Cherry Creek Campground And Recreation, legal representatives, and promotional partners, the irrevocable right to include video, other visual portrayals and any photography in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite, for advertising, for publication or any other lawful purpose, of all persons in your party. You also waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, which may be created in connection therewith without compensation to the visitor. Any visitor’s pictures submitted via social media sites (like Facebook or Google) can be used by the Park without permission.
  • • The visitor assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in an outdoor environment including (but not limited to), the danger of being injured by insects/animals, swimming, any game or playground equipment, structured activities/crafts sponsored by the park, or any Act of God and not hold the park, the park owners, and the park employees liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes. The visitor assumes all risks and danger incidentally related to any defect in land or premises or property that resulted in injury.
  • • Cherry Creek Campground And Recreation is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause.
  • • This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.
